Refund Policy

Once you have enrolled for a course and would like to cancel your enrolment, you may do so provided that:

• You notify Siyandza (elearning@siyandza.co.za) that you wish to cancel your enrolment.
• Indicate which courses you would like to cancel;
• Reason for Cancellation
• You have not accessed the online course or the supplied Course Materials.

Transfer of credits from one course to another

Credits will be transferred from initially purchased course to any other course you may wish to complete provided that:

• The courses are the same value in terms of Credits
• You have not attempted more than 5 % of the initially purchased course.

When a MyGateConsumer uses MyGate Online Purchasing to purchase on-line digital content, the information related to each transaction, including, but not limited to the amount of the transaction, the type of transaction, the item purchased, and the Merchant you are purchasing from are provided automatically. Siyandza e-Learning Solutions retains this information for each transaction through the MyGate. Siyandza e-Learning Solutions may also collect the Internet address (IP address) of the computer or device used to access the MyGate , in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorized transactions.
