About Siyandza Skills Development

Siyandza Skills Development is a SETA accredited, full-service call centre and middle management training provider. The company was established in September 2006 after a significant gap was identified in the call centre and middle management training areas within the service industry.

Siyandza training is focused on the learner, providing the support needed to successfully apply the skills acquired during training. This belief in the principles of outcomes-based education and knowledge of world-wide training best-practices has proven to be highly successful.

Siyandza offers both corporate and public training, as well as expertly designed corporate training services.
  • Call Centre Courses are offered both as public and corporate training, focusing on all aspects of call centre operations.

  • Middle Management Courses - include corporate and public change management training. This training aims to provide individuals with a set of interventions to avoid known pitfalls during periods of change.

  • Corporate Leadership Development courses are aimed at developing concrete leadership skills for the managers of the future.

  • Public Leadership Development programme offers individual modules that can be utilised individually according to the skill requirements. The Siyandza (free) online 360 self-assessment tool identifies which modules are best suited to the learner.

  • The Siyandza Customer Service Programme is aligned with effectively preparing those in a customer service role for the influx of tourists expected into our country next year.

  • Siyandza's online training offering includes customised e-Learning for corporates which can be utilised in conjunction with the specialised Siyandza Learning Exchange (SLE). This exchange allows companies to effectively track and manage all employee learning.
